How to make Salsa Beans Soup
Ingredients:
- Black beans/black grams- 1½ cups
- Extra virgin olive oil- 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander- ¼ cup
- Minced garlic- ½ tsp
- Chilli powder- ½ tsp
- Salsa- ½ cup
- Water- 2 cup
- Salt to taste
- butter- 1 tsp
Method:
- Rinse, drain the beans.
- Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and fry for few seconds.
- Add all other ingredients(except water and coriander).
- Fry again for 2-3 minutes and add water.
- Cover the lid and Cook on slow flame for 5-6 minutes.
- Now blend half of the mixture and pour again into wok.
- Cover and again simmer both the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Spread coriander and serve hot with butter.
