How to make Vegetable Noodle Soup

Ingredients:



  1. Butter- 2 tbsp

  2. Green chillies( fine chopped)- 2

  3. Ginger( grated)- 1 tsp

  4. Garlic- 3-4 flakes

  5. Carrot(diced)- 1 cup

  6. Tomatoes(chopped)- 1 cup

  7. Broccoli(chopped)- 1 cup

  8. Beans(chopped)- 1 cup

  9. Capsicum (chopped)- 2 (medium)

  10. Noodles- 1 cup

  11. Black pepper- ½ tsp

  12. Salt according to taste

  13. Lemon juice- 1 tsp

  14. Fresh cream- 1 tbsp

  15. Grated cheese- 1 tbsp

  16. Water- 8 cups


Method:



  1. Heat butter in a pan, add green chillies, ginger and garlic.

  2. Fry for a minute, add all the chopped vegetables.

  3. Cover the lid, cook the vegetables in steam for 4-5 minutes.

  4. First boil 8 cups of water, then add this water to the vegetables.

  5. Boil the water with vegetables for 4-5 minutes, add noodles.

  6. Simmer until the noodles tender, turn off the flame.

  7. Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper, mix well.

  8. Garnish with grated cheese and fresh cream, serve hot.
