Ingredients:



  1. 1 litre milk

  2. 1 tbsp desi ghee

  3. ½ cup semolina (suji or rava)

  4. 1 tbsp chopped almonds

  5. 1 tbsp raisins, soaked

  6. 1 tbsp grated coconut

  7. 5 tbsp sugar or according to taste

  8. ½ tsp rose water


Method:



  1. Melt desi ghee in a pan, add suji and stir continuously till become light golden.

  2. Bring the milk to boil in a heavy vessel pan.

  3. Add suji, simmer on slow flame, Also keep stirring occasionally.

  4. When the suji and milk mix well, remove the vessel from the heat.

  5. Add almonds, soaked raisins, coconut, rose water and sugar.

  6. Mix well, suji kheer is ready to serve.
