How to make Vegetable Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups pasta, boiled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3-4 green chillies, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 capsicum, fine chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced and boiled
- ½ cup broccoli, boiled
- ½ cup cheese, grated
- ½ cup milk
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat butter in a non stick pan, add onion and capsicum, Fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add broccoli, carrot, tomato and green chillies, fry again for a couple of minutes.
- Now add pasta, salt, cheese and milk, mix well.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes or till the cheese melt.
- Vegetable pasta is ready to serve hot.
