Ingredients:



  1. Raw mango(peeled and deseeded)- 3-4

  2. Cooking oil- 2 tsp

  3. Fresh coconut(grated)- ½ cup

  4. Green chillies- 2

  5. Red chillies- 4(small)

  6. Mustard seeds- 1 tsp

  7. Asafoetida(hing)- ½ tsp

  8. Water- 3-4 cups

  9. Salt to taste


Method:



  1. Cut the raw mangoes into small cubes.

  2. Add raw mangoes, grated coconut, green chillies in a grinder.

  3. Add half cup of water and grind to make paste.

  4. Pour this paste in a bowl and add remaining water and salt.

  5. For seasoning heat cooking oil in a large spoon at medium flame.

  6. Add mustard seeds and when they start cracking add heeng.

  7. Now roast red chillies until they become crispy.

  8. Turn off the flame and immediately add this seasoning in mango mixture.

  9. Cover the lid for 2 minutes and raw mango soup is ready to serve.
