Ingredients:
- Ripe tomatoes- 6
- Mint leaves- 7-8
- Butter- 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
- Ginger paste- ½ tsp
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh cream- 1 tbsp
- Water- 2 cup
Method:
- Take a sauce pan and bring the water to boil.
- Put the tomatoes and mint leaves in boil water.
- Boil for 8-10 minutes until they are tender.
- Transfer to cold water and peel the skin of tomatoes.
- Blend the tomatoes in blender and strain the puree.
- Now heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.
- When cumin seeds start spluttering, add ginger paste.
- Saute for a minute and pour the puree.
- Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt.
- Garnish with fresh cream and 3-4 mint leaves.
- Tomato soup is ready to serve hot.
